Here is how this works in practice. Global-format adaptation work is regular: we line-produce series started for TVNZ+, Three Now, Sky Open, and Neon sites, plus global co-pros that route through Auckland or Queenstown for season-arc location work. Talent-window booking covers the major host roster (Mike Hosking-tier broadcast talent through TVNZ, Three Now alumni post the 2024 Newshub closure, and Sky NZ sport-crossover hosts) and competitor casting through Auckland-based casting houses.

Here is the short of it. In practice, we run 24/7 production skill with rotating crews, full multicam fixed-rig coverage, and challenge construction coordination for physical-game-show formats. Auckland (TVNZ Hobson Street studios, plus independent fixed-rig houses), Wellington (Avalon Studios Lower Hutt heritage broadcast plant), and Queenstown adventure-format integration (AJ Hackett bungy at Kawarau Bridge, ski-resort challenges at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables) give us a tight three-region working spine. The 25% NZSPG cash rebate (20% base + 5% uplift) applies to qualifying global unscripted productions. QNZPE thresholds set the eligibility floor. Crews carry full ACC accident cover, we bill against 15% GST and bracket-based PAYE, and contestant logistics (lodging, transport, on-set duty-of-care) follow standard NZ entertainment-industry-guild protocols. Shoot windows are flexible year-round given multi-region access, but Dec-Feb summer remains optimal for outdoor-challenge formats.
